ADEN, Yemen -  JUN 31, 2023: SANDBOX Business Incubator organized a workshop on "Marketing for SMEs" with the participation of more than 80 attendees, including business owners, entrepreneurs, consultants, and those interested in the field of marketing.

The workshop was led by Mr. Sami Al-Banna, a business development consultant and marketing expert. He covered a range of important topics, including:

• Features and Advantages in Startups: Mr. Al-Banna focused on the importance of identifying the competitive features and advantages of startups and how to use them to attract customers and achieve success.
• Achieving Customer Satisfaction as a Goal for Startups: Mr. Al-Banna discussed the importance of focusing on customer satisfaction as a primary goal for startups. He explained how to build strong customer relationships by providing high-quality products and services that meet their needs.
