The "Entrepreneurial Ideas and Team Building" training was concluded for 22 trainees from the intensive incubator program, delivered by Mr. Shawqi Bakir.
Participants learned creative thinking skills through the SCAMPER methodology, in addition to strategies for building and managing a startup team, including defining roles and responsibilities.
This was the first training in the two-month intensive incubator program, which includes training sessions, consultations, events, and pitch presentations.
The training is part of the Sandbox Business Incubator Project – Cohort 5, implemented by Medalah Foundation for Development with support from the European Union 🇪🇺 through CARE International, and in partnership with Building Foundation for Development (BFD).
