Within the series of periodic meetings that take place every Wednesday and called Convert in the entrepreneurial sector and the technical sector, a practical application meeting was held in customer management for small projects through chat applications (WhatsApp business and Facebook) and advertisements for the Internet, which was presented by the trainer Moath Al-Shaibani, Director of the U Office for Information Technology. The meeting targeted Those who have small projects on WhatsApp business or on Facebook, and discuss how to maintain customers and how to manage your relationships with them. The meeting also touched on the basics of writing content and ads for the Internet and its importance.

The meeting aims for the trainees to come out with sufficient knowledge of the concept of content writing and the ability to write integrated content. 30 people attended the meeting and expressed their admiration for the content, presentation method, venue and hall.
