Meeting title: The mechanism of action of the initiatives and how to manage the youth team

As part of the series of weekly meetings that take place every Wednesday in the entrepreneurial sector, a meeting was held on how the initiatives work and how the youth team performs. The meeting was presented by trainer Yusra Al-Jaki, founder of the Olaf Youth Initiative and production manager at Spotlight Production. The meeting talked about the mechanism by which you manage an integrated team of youth and volunteers, and how to create unique events or ideas without the need for huge budgets.

The meeting also discussed the meaning and importance of initiatives, the areas of initiatives, in addition to the forms of initiatives, and these important resources that will help young people and volunteers in making initiatives, managing youth teams, and organizing activities.
