Aden, Yemen:  Medalah Foundation, in partnership with the International Labor Organisation ( ALO), concluded an intensive training course on "Improving Your Project" that lasted for 10 days, at a rate of 4 hours per day.

The course, which was presented by trainers Walid Al Hamri and Moein Al Shaabi, aimed to enhance the skills of entrepreneurs and owners of existing projects in the fields of project management and development. The course focused on assessing the needs of different establishments and allocating training axes in line with these needs, to ensure the effectiveness of the course and maximize the benefit for the participants.

The training course covered important topics, including:

Fundamental concepts in project management: Planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation.

Project feasibility study: Market analysis, goal setting, risk assessment.

Human resources management: Building work teams, motivating employees, evaluating performance.

Operations management: Production, procurement, distribution.

Marketing and sales: Marketing strategies, sales channels, customer service.

Finance: Budget analysis, cash management, project financing.

The participants praised the training course, commending the effective training style and the valuable content that was presented.
