Medalah Foundation, represented by Mr. Moaz Al-Shaibani, and the local authority in Al-Mualla District, represented by Mr. Abdul Rahim Al-Jawi,  General Director of the Directorate, signed an agreement of understanding and sponsorship for the Social Innovation Incubator Project (Mashtal Afkar).

 The agreement stipulated full sponsorship and supervision by the local authority of the  Mashtal Afkar project, which is implemented by Medalah Foundation within the framework of the Al-Mualla District.

 The project aims to build a community innovation model in the district based on the development triangle (community, local authority, private sector) and thus create sustainable solutions for public services and society through the formation of ten groups that include 27 young men and women from nine neighborhoods in Al-Mualla District. The project continues for 4 months.  It provides young people with new methodologies in analyzing problems and creating solutions.

 The signing of the agreement was attended by Roaa Amin, assistant project manager, Muhammad Mutlaq, youth representative in the local authority, and Salma Al-Asbahi, team leader and local authority coordinator in the project.
