MedalahFoundation Concludes "Improve Your Business" Course in Cooperation with the International Labor Organization

Medalah Foundation, within the " Medalah Communities" project and in cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO), concluded a training course entitled "Improve Your Business" (Improve Your Business) which targeted a group of existing project owners and owners in Aden. The course, which was presented by trainers Amana Al-Qadri and Ruba Sadeq , aimed at improving the participants' business in the marketing and financial aspects.
"Improve Your Business" program:
The "Improve Your Business" program is one of the programs approved by the International Labor Organization, as it relies on allocating training components according to the needs of the trainees. This course is the second that Medalah Foundation has organized within this program, in the framework of its efforts to raise the level of business of project owners in Aden.
Course content:
The training course covered a variety of topics, including:
- Marketing Basics: Participants learned about the most important marketing concepts and how to develop an effective marketing plan for their projects.
- Financial Management Skills: Participants gained basic skills in managing their project funds, including how to analyze financial data and make sound financial decisions.
- Communication Skills: Participants learned how to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
- Business Development: Participants learned about the best practices for developing their businesses and increasing their profits.
