Medalah Foundation for Development delivered a one-day training titled “Strategic Planning Fundamentals for Entrepreneurial Projects”, led by trainer Mr. Waleed Al-Hamri.
Participants explored the concept and importance of planning, the main components of strategic planning, and how to formulate vision, mission, and values aligned with entrepreneurial projects.
The training is part of the Sandbox Business Incubator Project – Cohort 5, implemented by Medalah Foundation for Development with support from the European Union 🇪🇺 through CARE International, and in partnership with Building Foundation for Development (BFD).
