Fundamentals of E-commerce Marketing for Online Stores": Interactive Session for the E-commerce Community with Israa Al-Saqaf

The " Medalah Communities" project organized an interactive session entitled "Fundamentals of E-commerce Marketing for Online Stores" for the e-commerce community in Yemen, as part of the project's efforts to support entrepreneurs in various fields. The session was presented by Ms. Israa Al-Saqaf, an expert in the field of e-commerce marketing, who discussed the importance of e-commerce marketing for online stores, the basics of dealing with customers and consumers, and the most important tools and concepts used in this field.

Importance of the session:

The session aimed to:

  • Raise awareness among e-commerce store owners about the importance of e-commerce marketing: Ms. Al-Saqaf explained how e-commerce marketing can help e-commerce store owners reach a wider audience, increase their sales, and improve their brand image.
  • Educate e-commerce store owners on the basics of dealing with customers and consumers: Ms. Al-Saqaf provided valuable tips on how to communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships with them, and how to deal with complaints and negative feedback.
  • Introduce e-commerce store owners to the most important tools and concepts used in e-commerce marketing: This included explaining how to use social media platforms, Google Ads, email, and other tools to enhance the online presence of e-commerce stores.

The session witnessed active participation from e-commerce store owners, who asked many questions about various e-commerce marketing related topics. Ms. Al-Saqaf answered all questions clearly and accurately, which impressed the attendees.
