Evaluation Interviews within the Economic Empowerment Program
Four evaluation interviews were successfully conducted for small business owners as part of the Economic Empowerment Program, serving as a key step in selecting the most promising entrepreneurial initiatives with strong potential for growth and sustainability.
The evaluation process showcased a range of promising projects that demonstrated a high level of creativity and healthy competition, reflecting the participants’ passion and commitment to developing their businesses and advancing them to more mature stages. A group of entrepreneurship experts and consultants contributed to the process, ensuring a professional and fair evaluation that accurately reflects the quality of the ideas presented.
This program is the result of a collaborative effort between Medalah Foundation and Direct Aid Society, aimed at supporting small businesses and strengthening their economic empowerment.
