The first training phase of the YEC Hackathon officially kicked off, with participants taking part in a specialized session on the Business Model, aimed at helping teams develop their ideas and transform them into clear and actionable projects.

The session was delivered by members of the Youth Empowerment Center (YEC) team, Dr. Aziz Al-Ma’afi and Ms. Rana Sadiq, who shared their expertise in guiding teams and building effective business models that support entrepreneurial growth.

The training witnessed strong engagement from participants in an interactive environment focused on practical thinking, value creation, and understanding the foundations of scalable startup development.

This activity is implemented under the umbrella of Medalah Foundation, in partnership with Oxfam in Yemen, and supported and funded by the European Union in Yemen.
