The first phase of the Sandbox Business Incubator Project – Cohort 5 officially kicked off yesterday, with Medalah Foundation welcoming the selected participants at the incubator premises in Aden.

Participants received an introductory briefing on the project's stages and selection criteria. The day also marked the launch of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) training, which will run for four days.
Throughout the workshop, participants will explore the core components of the BMC as a foundational tool to design and understand innovative business models—from identifying the target audience, to defining value propositions, revenue streams, and cost structures.

The Sandbox Business Incubator Project – Cohort 5 is implemented by Medalah Foundation, with support from the European Union (EU) through CARE International, and in partnership with Building Foundation for Development (BFD).
