Medalah Foundation held a training course entitled How to Be a Team? With trainer Mahad Muhammad Abdel Latif, who talked about the importance of teamwork, the negatives of individual work, and the difference between work teams and work groups. She explained the characteristics of an effective team, the foundations of building work teams, and their obstacles.
