Training Program for People with Disabilities in Small Business Management Kicks Off to Boost Economic Empowerment

On Monday, the specialized training course in "Small Business Management for People with Disabilities" was launched, organized by the Musharaka Dialogue Platform, represented by the Building Foundation for Development and the Medalah Development Foundation, in collaboration with the Nidaa Foundation for Development and Empowerment and the Partners for Development Foundation, as part of the "We Can" project.

This initiative is part of the campaign "Engaging People with Disabilities in the Economic Empowerment Program", aiming to strengthen participants’ abilities to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their projects, and to equip them with the marketing skills necessary for success.

The training features practical workshops on efficient financial and human resource management, strategies for effective marketing through both traditional channels and digital platforms, as well as discussions on potential challenges in the labor market and ways to transform ideas into sustainable, scalable businesses.
