Yesterday, Wednesday, October 4th, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Muhammad Hizam Al-Ashwal, signed a memorandum of understanding with the French Super Novae organization, represented by the Qatari Director, Ahmed Qasim. This agreement aims to establish a special unit for entrepreneurship in the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

 The meeting, which was attended by Medalah Foundation team and its General Director, Mr. Moaz Al-Shaibani, the First Undersecretary, Mr. Ali Atef, the Director-General of the Office of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Muhammad Al-Hamidi, and a group of entrepreneurs, resulted in a package of important decisions and measures to support the entrepreneurship environment, including:

 1. Sponsoring the Demo Day event, which will be held on October 15, in which participants in the Sandbox business incubator program will present their projects to a group of investors and businessmen for adoption.

 2.  The Minister of Industry and Trade sponsors entrepreneurs in Yemen and provides them with the necessary facilities.
